Loved our stay! The house is very close to the beach, downtown Anna Maria Island and downtown Holmes beach. We walked every morning to Pine street for coffee and once to Ugly Grouper for dinner. The area is quiet. We had an issue with some bees on the screened in porch and Scott/Stephanie responded immediately. The only thing I would change about the house is to add one more full bathroom. The downstairs one is very small for 4 people to share, but all in all, we loved it and would stay here again!

This place was a beautiful little escape and exactly what we needed. Very clean and had all the amenities you would need for a weekend getaway. Stephanie was very responsive and even went out of her way to make sure we were comfortable. We had a lovely stay and would love to come back.

We love this place. It is beautiful. Very roomy. Very clean. Modern. We loved watching the deer from the porch. Host always responded quickly and was helpful. I’m ready to book my next trip!

Perfect home base for our stay on Anna Maria. The beach is right there and the house is positioned about a 30 min beach walk to the Pine Ave shopping district to the north and 30 min to the Holmes Beach shopping district to the South. Everyone in our party agreed the beds were extremely comfortable. During our stay there was a house under construction next door but it wasn't too bothersome.

We loved our stay at Scott's! The welcome basket was a sweet touch. We stayed for 3 weeks and could not have had a better time. The weather was a little cooler than average, but we didn't mind because the house was amazing. Highly recommend for proximity to beach (just steps), every possible need was anticipated, and the cozy couch was great for afternoon naps!

We just returned from this perfect little piece of heaven! The cabin is absolutely perfect for 2 couples! We had plenty of room and each had a perfect master suite! The cabin is cozy and clean and has ALL the comforts of home! So many deer and the sunset was beautiful from the hot tub. We will definitely be back to enjoy this little gem! Thanks Stephanie for being such a great host!

We had an incredible mini vacation at this stunning new-construction home on Echo Lane in the gated Coosawattee River Resort, Ellijay. The location is unbeatable and an ideal mix of secluded tranquility and convenience, just a short drive to downtown Ellijay.
Stephanie was an outstanding host: super responsive, friendly, and helpful with local tips from booking through checkout. We loved relaxing on the deck and soaking in that peaceful mountain vibe. Despite some rain limiting outdoor time, it was the perfect relaxing getaway. We can’t wait to return and highly recommend this beautiful property!

Stephanie’s spot was amazing. The pictures do no justice and we enjoyed our stay immensely.
Just a heads up there is no salt/pepper/evoo in the home so you will want to grab before you arrive as there is not a store 5 min away. It will take you 10 -15 min just to get out of the neighborhood. We didn’t mind as it was just eggs we were cooking but found it a bit odd as previous Airbnb’s this was always included.
That being said , Stephanie was great and always replied and gave us some great hiking spots to check out. Our dog loved it too.
Can’t wait to go back as this is a great spot.

Salty shamrock is a gem! Spacious,clean and steps from the ocean which had very few people during our stay. Getting around on the free trolley was not only convenient but fun too. Thanks for providing a beautiful home for a great getaway. We hope to return sometime soon.
