This was a great place for a mountain get away! The home was clean, bright and inviting. All of the furniture was super comfortable and we had nearly everything we needed.

We had an incredible mini vacation at this stunning new-construction home on Echo Lane in the gated Coosawattee River Resort, Ellijay. The location is unbeatable and an ideal mix of secluded tranquility and convenience, just a short drive to downtown Ellijay.
Stephanie was an outstanding host: super responsive, friendly, and helpful with local tips from booking through checkout. We loved relaxing on the deck and soaking in that peaceful mountain vibe. Despite some rain limiting outdoor time, it was the perfect relaxing getaway. We can’t wait to return and highly recommend this beautiful property!

Stephanie’s spot was amazing. The pictures do no justice and we enjoyed our stay immensely.
Just a heads up there is no salt/pepper/evoo in the home so you will want to grab before you arrive as there is not a store 5 min away. It will take you 10 -15 min just to get out of the neighborhood. We didn’t mind as it was just eggs we were cooking but found it a bit odd as previous Airbnb’s this was always included.
That being said , Stephanie was great and always replied and gave us some great hiking spots to check out. Our dog loved it too.
Can’t wait to go back as this is a great spot.

We spent Christmas here with our family and loved every minute. The cabin is beautiful, spacious, and surrounded by trees and deer, making it feel peaceful and special. Stephanie was very responsive, even to an early morning question we had on Christmas Day! We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this beautiful cabin!

Everything felt just right and very well thought out throughout the entire home. I highly recommend this house. This house is perfect for reconnecting with family. Thank you for the whole experience. Salty shamrock is a gem! Spacious,clean and steps from the ocean which had very few people during our stay. Getting around on the free trolley was not only convenient but fun too. Thanks for providing a beautiful home for a great getaway. We hope to return sometime soon.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The place was just as described and it was even prettier in person! The little touches made it feel like home. The free trolley in AMI made getting around so easy and the stop is just a short stroll away. We would definitely stay here again!

I was looking for a peaceful cabin to enjoy the mountains and Buckhaven didn't disappoint. The cabin is moderately secluded with few nearby neighbors and is beautifully decorated. The space also included blankets for cozy nights by the fireplace. The kitchen is stocked with a variety of appliances and utensils for a multitude of meals. I would definitely recommend this listing!

Stephanie was a great and responsive host and we enjoyed the unit as two families with 3 children. The beds were comfy and she supplied extra blankets and pillows.
The location is walkable but with young ones renting the golf cart came in handy. I would recc also renting a car if wanting to keep young ones entertained off island and/or better grocery options (WFoods). The unit is centrally located to shoot to bean point or coquina beach.
The kitchen was pretty well stocked but for those who plan to cook we felt it was a bit limited esp having only one lid for the pots and limited options to store leftovers. She does supply mini packets of olive oil and s&p.
Coming from NY area we felt most of the restaurants on island were just ok with the exception of Waterfront on Bay Blvd. Also great seafood meal at starfish just off island. Hands down THE BEST coffee was love always coffee truck in smoqehouse parking lot.
All in all a wonderful host and unit!

Buckhaven Lodge was such a great stay! The cabin has such cozy, lodge-style charm with warm touches and everything feels new and updated, from the appliances and TV to the hot tub and even the linens. It was spotless, peaceful, and felt really private, even with a couple of neighbors nearby.
One of our favorite parts was watching the deer..they wandered so close to the cabin and it made afternoons more special.
Stephanie was super responsive and provided clear instructions for everything, which made our stay so easy. It was the perfect weekend getaway, and we can’t wait to come back to Buckhaven again soon!
