The first level provides you with a 2 car garage (1 small car max inside garage due to beach supplies and golf cart) and a back deck equipped with a gas grill, seating, and an outdoor shower. ☆☆ BEDROOMS + BATHROOMS ☆☆ On the third level, you'll find all of your private bedroom and bathroom space. The Master Bedroom is well equipped with a King bed, 2 nightstands, dresser, and huge walk in closet. It also has a deck that looks out to the front of the house. You also have two sinks and a walk in shower in the bathroom attached to this room. The second bedroom is equipped with a Queen bed, full size closet, 2 nightstands, large dresser, and has a lot of natural light. The third bedroom features a bunk bed with a full size bed on the bottom and a twin bed on the top, a full size closet, a large dresser, and a portable crib that is stored in the closet and can be used if needed. The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms share a full bathroom with a tub/shower combo. There is a half bath on the second level for your convenience. This bathroom also has the laundry closet in it. ☆☆ KITCHEN & DINING ☆☆ The bright & airy kitchen kitchen is located on the second level. The kitchen and dining room offer plenty of room to comfortably host family dinners and are outfitted with all the cookware, dishes, utensils, dishwasher pods, and appliances you will need to cook delicious meals. The hand-crafted dining table can seat up to six, and the fully stocked coffee/tea/espresso bar ensures you'll have everything you need to start your mornings off right.
